The Turks & Caicos Islands Visa Medical

When travelling to The Turks and Caicos Islands, certain visa types require a visa medical examination. This medical ensures that travellers are healthy enough to enter the country and do not carry communicable diseases, such as tuberculosis. The certificate of good health medical involves a straightforward process, but is rather extensive, and includes a physical examination, blood tests, urine tests, stool tests, an ECG and a chest X-ray to check for TB.

Travelling Information

The Turks and Caicos Islands, known for their pristine beaches and turquoise waters, are a dream destination. Grace Bay Beach, often ranked among the world’s best, offers stunning views and white sand, while Providenciales is perfect for snorkelling and diving around vibrant coral reefs. Explore the serene charm of Salt Cay or visit North Caicos, home to lush landscapes and a wildlife sanctuary.

For a smooth experience, stay prepared for the warm Caribbean sun with sunscreen (SPF50 at least for all of our patients please!) and plenty of water. Travellers should be cautious during hurricane season, which runs from June to November. With its idyllic scenery, rich marine life, and welcoming atmosphere, Turks and Caicos is the perfect escape for relaxation and adventure.
